OVERVIEW
Everything we ship is hand-piped to order in our Washougal, Washington kitchen. We ship within the United States via USPS. Here's what to expect.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, plus Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US territories.
International shipping is coming. We wanted to nail US fulfillment first. If you're outside the US and want to know when we open international shipping, join our email list at the bottom of the page.

PROCESSING TIME
In-Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of order placement.
Because every tin is hand-piped to order in small batches, we don't have a warehouse pulling and shipping in minutes. We cook, we label, we pack, and we ship — by hand, from one location.
Pre-Orders
Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. The estimated ship date is displayed on the product page and at checkout. Your pre-order ships by that date.
Current pre-order ship date for Sun Paste: July 6, 2026.
You'll receive tracking the day your order leaves our kitchen.
If we cannot ship within 30 days of your stated ship date, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund or a revised ship date — your choice.
CARRIER AND TRACKING
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS Retail Ground / First-Class Package). Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment, though delivery times can vary by destination and USPS conditions.
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking by your expected ship date, email info@mandanaturals.com and we'll find it.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Total time from order to delivery typically runs:

These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on USPS performance, weather, and seasonal volume. We can't control delivery once your package leaves our kitchen, but we'll always help you track it down.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, email info@mandanaturals.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If USPS marks your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, your building manager, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf
- Look for it in safe-drop locations near your door
- Wait 48 hours — USPS occasionally marks packages delivered a day early
If your package still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, email us at info@mandanaturals.com and we'll work with you to file a USPS investigation and decide on next steps. Each situation is handled individually.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, email us. We'll either file a USPS claim or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it before submitting your order.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. You may be responsible for re-shipping costs in this case.
If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the package being returned, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
SHIPPING WHILE TRAVELING OR MOVING
You can update your shipping address before your order ships by emailing info@mandanaturals.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
DELAYS WE CAN'T CONTROL
Occasionally, shipments are delayed by:
- USPS service disruptions
- Weather events
- Federal holidays
- Address verification issues
- Carrier capacity constraints during peak seasons (November–January)
We'll communicate proactively if we know about a delay that affects your order. For carrier-side delays after your package ships, USPS tracking will be the most accurate source.
RETURNS SHIPPING
If you need to return an item, please email info@mandanaturals.com first to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

PRE-ORDER FAQ
When will my pre-order ship?
By the ship date displayed on the product page and your order confirmation. For Sun Paste, that's currently July 6, 2026.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Email us at info@mandanaturals.com before your order ships and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Can I change my address after pre-ordering?
Yes, as long as the change is made before we ship. Email us to update.
Will I be charged at the time of pre-order or when it ships?
Your card is charged at the time of pre-order. This lets us purchase ingredients and plan production based on confirmed demand.
